Steve Bennett believes that every successful business begins with an exceptional leader.
Having spent more than three decades leading teams, building businesses and advising organisations across multiple industries, Steve brings together commercial experience with a deep understanding of human performance. His passion lies in helping business owners and senior leaders create organisations that are built on clarity, strong leadership, robust systems and uncompromising standards.
Throughout his career, Steve has worked with businesses ranging from ambitious startups to established multi million pound organisations, helping leaders simplify complexity, improve accountability and create cultures where people and performance thrive together. His practical, no nonsense approach enables leaders to make confident decisions, align their teams and build businesses that are capable of sustainable growth rather than constant firefighting.
Alongside his commercial expertise, Steve is a respected executive coach, keynote speaker and author, recognised for helping leaders overcome the personal barriers that often limit business success. His belief is simple: when leaders develop themselves, they develop better businesses.
Within Lagrange Collective, Steve specialises in leadership development, strategic thinking, organisational structure, operational standards and personal growth. He helps clients bridge the gap between ambition and execution by creating the discipline, accountability and clarity needed to lead with confidence.
Steve’s philosophy perfectly reflects the mission of Lagrange Collective. Lasting business success is never achieved by one individual. It comes from aligning people, leadership, systems and strategy to create organisations that are stronger, more valuable and capable of thriving long after the founder steps away.

Mark believes every business has far more potential than it currently realises. His passion is helping founders build commercial systems that create sustainable, profitable growth, without the business relying on them to win every customer or make every commercial decision.
With more than 20 years' experience leading commercial strategy, pricing, revenue growth and go-to-market transformation, Mark has helped businesses unlock significant improvements in profitability, scalability and enterprise value. His career includes senior leadership positions at Equifax, where he led commercial strategy, pricing and growth across international markets, negotiated complex commercial partnerships and built high-performing commercial functions.
Today, Mark is applying those same principles where they matter most: inside growing businesses. As Co-founder of Weorc and Fractional Growth Officer to multiple start-ups and established businesses, he is actively building and scaling companies from the inside. That means he understands first-hand the challenges founders face and translates that experience into practical frameworks, proven systems and repeatable playbooks that deliver measurable commercial results.
As part of the Lagrange Collective, Mark works alongside founders and leadership teams to build commercially excellent businesses. His coaching focuses on commercial strategy, go-to-market execution, compelling value propositions, value-based pricing and scalable commercial operating models. By combining strategic thinking with practical implementation, he helps businesses create predictable growth, improve profitability and reduce dependence on founder-led sales.
Mark's ambition is not simply to help businesses grow, but to help founders build organisations that continue to thrive long after they have stepped away from the day-to-day commercial activity. He believes that lasting success comes from creating commercial systems that are scalable, repeatable and built to endure.
